- In case our clients find minor errors in their delivered orders, they can ask us for revisions.
- To make our service the best and provide flawless work to our clients, we offer unlimited revision and that too absolutely free!
- The exceptions occur in case the client asks for different theme, design and concept.
- Revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
Customer satisfaction is what we intend to accomplish and that makes us deliver the best to our clients. However, in case you are not fully satisfied you can avail our unlimited free revisions offer.
- If you are still not confident about the work we provide in terms of the design and theme, or if we in any way cease to meet all your specified requirements, you can submit a refund request.
- The refund request is to be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery of your initial order. After 48 hours of the delivery, it will be considered that the customer is satisfied with our services.
- For any special/combo packages, the refund will be applied similarly as that on single packages.
- In case of any duplicate charges due to the error in transaction or technical glitches, your complete order amount will be refunded.
- All the refund requests will be brought about on following arrangements:
- 1) Refund request will only be processed if it is submitted within 48 hours of delivery of the initial order. After the passage of 48 hours, refund requests will not be considered eligible.
- 2) Refund requests will not be entertained if you have utilized our free unlimited revisions offer on the same order.
- 3) In case of any discontentment, the client holds complete rights to disapprove the initially delivered order and request for a refund.
How to claim your refund
To make sure that your refund request is approved, kindly make sure to meet the following requirements.

After the refund is made, the rights of your designs and initially delivered orders shall be fully given to Cloud Innovators Solution and you will not have any authority or any right to display the work sent by the company. Kindly undertake some points mentioned below.
1. Once the rights are fully transferred to the company, you agree that you have no right (direct or indirect) to use any of the designs or content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.
2. Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies, Cloud Innovators Solution would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future.

The account area is a convenient yet user-friendly way to communicate with the company. It is the responsibility of our clients to keep checking the account area in order to avoid any delay in addressing any queries, concerns or instructions required by the designer or content creator.
If you do not check or use the account area frequently, you will not be provided enough adequate grounds for claiming a refund.

All the order files are delivered to Account Area according to the date specified on the ‘Order Confirmation’.
An e-mail is also sent to inform the clients that their order has been delivered to their specific account area.
All the policies relevant to revision and refund are subjected to date & time of the order delivered to client’s account area.
We provide an order reference number soon after the order is placed. This enables the customers to track the status of that order and post revisions against the reference number.
We deliver all our customized orders via e-mail within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order.
Even after delivering the order to our clients, we keep a record of the orders delivered and this information is stored and maintained in our database. When you receive your order, we still keep the final product in our record.
Therefore, if you ever need the final files in the future, we can provide them to you.
To obtain the final product, simply make a request to us and we will deliver you the files again.
Copyrights of Logo
- Cloud Innovators Solution retains all the rights of the concepts of logos that you view in ‘My Account Area’ before making the request of final files.
Once you have requested the final files of your logo, you reserve the right to coordinate with the copyright agencies to transfer the copyrights of logo to your business name and complete the process.
Photos, Images & Digital Content Policy
Cloud Innovators Solution only uses non-exclusive, royalty free photos or images in its design services and does not claim any right of ownership for the same.
All Information about the royalty free Images/photos and digital content used for custom orders will be kept in company's archive for NOT more than 6 months, after which the content is automatically removed from the records.
The royalty free content is allowed for web use only. In case the customer wants to print these images or photos, a separate subscription fee applies.
Cloud Innovators Solution is not liable for any claim of ownership of the image, photo or digital content used in production by the third party.
